How can I pay my invoice?

The main payment method for account purchases is via Direct Debit - allowing you five additional days credit. Alternatively, you can pay via Cheque, BACS or credit/debit card. In our outlets, we also accept cash payment in addition to credit/debit cards.

I have returned my cylinders, why am I still being charged?

BOC's minimum cylinder rental period is one month.  This means part month rentals will be charged as a full month.  For example, a cylinder returned in May will be subject to a rental charge for the full month of May.
If you have returned cylinders but are being charged for them beyond the month of return, you should contact us on 0800 111 333.  We will need to confirm that the cylinders were returned to the same location and on the same account number to which they were supplied.  If this is not the case we will need to amend our records.  Please have your returns note number ready when you call our customer service centre to amend your records.

What are my payment terms?

BOC's general Terms and Conditions detail the standard payment terms.  For your payment terms, check your individual agreement.

Where can I find current pricing information?

To find our current pricing information, contact us on 0800 111 333.

What happens if I do not pay my bills on time?

As a registered user with an existing BOC account, any gas you order online will be added to your account and payable in accordance with your payment terms
