Features and Benefits
- An alternative to CFC-502, R404A is a widely accepted HFC refrigerant alternative to CFC-502, which does not deplete the ozone layer and is not subject to any phase-out regulation.
- An installation designed with R404A which will reach the end of its life without needing a refrigeration change.
Applications and Uses
- Can be used in refrigerant applications from -45°C to +15°C (evaporation temperature) in new installations, and offers similar or improved performance compared to R-502 and R22 without any specific handling concern.
- Well suited to commercial, transport and industrial refrigeration.
